OTHER METHODS OF OBTAINING INFORMATION ABOUT A PROPERTY

Talk to the Neighbors:  Buyers should always talk to the surrounding neighbors about the neighborhood and the history of the home the buyer is considering for purchase.  Neighbors can provide a wealth of information.

Drive Around the Neighborhood:  Buyers should always drive around the neighborhood, preferably on different days at several different times of day and evening to investigate the surrounding area.
