will aggressively review and evaluate your real estate needs, wants and
desires. I will do an
extensive search of the area you choose for homes that fit your needs
and wants. This search will include a Competitive Market Analysis
of the same area. I will schedule all appointments to show you
properties that you are interested in. In addition to that I will
research tax records for tax, legal and deed information on the home we
have made an offer on. I will exercise all of my skills and
experience when preparing the Purchase Agreement so that it reflects
your best interests. I will present any offer on a home that you are
interested in, as well as any counter-offers from the seller. I will
use all of my negotiating skills, which also reflect your best
interests. I will open escrow and closely monitor and coordinate
your loan process, the escrow process and all of the details in between.
