UNDUE INFLUENCE
- The persuasion of another person because of the use of one's
knowledge, experience or position to an unfair advantage.
UNENFORCEABLE - Refusal by a court to
recognize an apparently valid contract.
UNILATERAL CONTRACT - A contract in which one
party's promise is contingent upon the other's performance
first.
UNIT-IN-PLACE METHOD - A method of cost
